The research was conducted keeping travelers visiting the Bangalore city for the first time, in mind
In order to get a an understanding the existing BMTC transport system was compared to transport systems present across the world.

USER RESEARCH
In addition to analyzing the current system, local travelers were interviewed to understand their point of view on the BMTC system. Based on the interviews conducted a user persona was created.
